Faced with an increased demand from consumers for food products from organic farming, the surface area of organic crops is growing very rapidly.

This results in an increased demand for inputs and fertilizers in order to optimize the production of these surfaces.

In order to ensure the local availability of fertilizers usable in Organic Agriculture (UAB) sufficiently concentrated in nitrogen and phosphorus and to cover the needs of the plant productions, Violleau is at the heart of a local and circular sector which transforms the animal by-products of the territory into effective fertilizers produced locally.
